This is part of the Terlingua Ranch that starts North of Hwy 118, about 40 miles, and continues through the town of Terlingua. Terlingua Ranch has a website that can answer any questions you may have about the ranch itself.

The ranch maintains the roads, and a fee of $226.26 per year is required to upkeep the equipment. The ranch also offers cabins, a pool, RV & tent Camping, and a dirt airstrip for fly-in guests.  There are no gas sales at the lodge.
